I-18 - Design thinking in health care
As the leaders of the health care team, physicians are responsible for providing the best care possible and ensuring that errors are corrected before they harm any patient. Applying Design Thinking principles to solve issues ensures that creativity is used when developing solutions to the identified problems. Join the AMA-MSS to learn about this way of thinking and how you can apply these steps to improve care outcomes. If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-621-8335. This session has been planned and implemented by the AMA’s Medical Student Section. Please contact Keith Voogd at keith.voogd@ama-assn.org if you have any questions.
