I-18 - Is there a vaccine for burnout? Building resilience in the medical student community
The pressures of medical school can have a major impact on students’ mental health and wellness. Now more than ever, medical students need to be able to identify the appearance of burnout in themselves and their peers. In having this knowledge, students will be able to support one another and build resilient peer networks. Join the AMA-MSS to learn how you can solve the burnout epidemic and build resiliency among your peers. If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-621-8335. This session has been planned and implemented by the AMA’s Medical Student Section. Please contact Keith Voogd at keith.voogd@ama-assn.org if you have any questions.
