Practice Transformation Series: Essentials of Good Pain Care: A Team Based Approach
A team-based approach to chronic pain management is important when treating patients with pain. This module aims to help practices develop safe approaches by providing step-by-step instructions on how to engage leadership, the practice team, and the patient to safely manage acute and chronic pain. Improving access to overall pain management, access to comprehensive pain care, and judicious prescribing are a few of the solutions to this public health emergency.
